Yesterday I wanted to call you. For a second I thought about picking up the phone and dialing your number. I still have not been able to delete your phone number from my cell. Or to erase the messages on my phone. You called to check on Davis. I guess he was sick and you wanted to know how your baby was doing.
If only for a second, I would love to hear your voice, to hear you say you love me. I often wonder what you would think of the mother I have become. Would you be proud of me? What advice would you give me?
